Balloon tires with tubes were invented in 1933. This single tube , WOOD WHEEL bike is older. I purchased this bike 20 years ago from the widower of the original owner. I replated the nickel,added the missing skirt guard. NOS ball end grips and NOS pedals.Features a rear kickstand, Skip tooth Drivetrain.26" Wood wheels were stripped , refinished and laced with Stainless steel spokes. Original paint. This bike has it's original " Camp Fire Girls" decal. So , if you were buying Official Camp Fire Girls gear prior to 1933, This was the Official bike. This bike is for display only as the original tires do not hold air.
